The company combines educational insight, organizational strategy, culturally responsive leadership, marketing expertise, partnership development, and hands-on project support. Its work serves educators and schools while also supporting entrepreneurs, brands, events, tourism stakeholders, cultural organizations, and community initiatives.

After transitioning from educational leadership in 2022, I expanded my work through FixLearning and 1CaribbeanKema. While supporting Party Room Squad, I discovered a passion for helping small businesses strengthen their management, marketing, customer service, and logistics. Today, I focus primarily on business consulting and currently serve as the Director of Marketing, Sponsorship & Strategic Partnerships for Atlanta Caribbean Carnival, while remaining connected to education.
Recipient of the 2022 GAGE Gifted Administrator of the Year Award.
Holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, as well as two master’s degrees—one in Teacher Leadership and the other in Administrative Leadership.
